the Sd Jervis to go directly to two of the Sd Snares & to stoop<lb></lb>
to them As examining if any Hare had been caught and<lb></lb>
also saw him this sd Jarvis going to several other Places as Examining<lb></lb>
in like manner Wereupon the Depont. went from the place<lb></lb>
where he was hid. and served on the Sd. Jarvis, and Examined<lb></lb>
him what he did in the park out of any path who pretended<lb></lb>
he was going to work at Hampton at one Mr Spencers, and<lb></lb>
the Depont. afterwards searched as near as he could remember<lb></lb>
the other places where the Sd. Jarvis Stooped, and found Six<lb></lb>
other Snares, and a hare dead in one of them, And also asked<lb></lb>
the Sd. Mr. Spencer whetther the Sd. Jarvis was on the fifth<lb></lb>
day of this Just<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
to be at work at his house who Answered<lb></lb>
he was not, And the Dept for these and other reasons verily<lb></lb>
beleives the Sd Snares or Guins were set. by the Sd Javis</p>
