of St. Clement Danes in this County and to every of them, and to all<lb></lb>
others of Whome these may Concern.</p>
<p n="349">Whereas it appeareth unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the<lb></lb>
peace for the sd. County of Middx: (Quor. unus) by the Complaint of the<lb></lb>
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, of the<del>Pish:</del>
of St. Pancras in the sd.<lb></lb>

Farrier, aged about 50 Years, together with<lb></lb>
Ann his Wife and Six Children did lately intrude in to the sd. Pish: with a<lb></lb>
design to settle there, whereby they are likely to become Chargeable,<lb></lb>
to the sd. parish, and whereas upon the Examination of the sd. Robert<lb></lb>
Monday upon Oath before us, it appeareth that the sd. Robert Monday<lb></lb>
was last legally Settled in the psh. of St. Clement Danes in the sd. County<lb></lb>
and that he hath not Since, obtained any legal Settlement whatsoever</p>
<p n="350">Therefore we the sd. Justices upon the proof aforesd. doe adjudge and<lb></lb>
deeme the sd. place of the Last legall Settlement of the sd. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50159_n350-1">Robert Monday</rs>

strictly to charge and Command you and every of you forthwith upon<lb></lb>
sight hereof to remove, and Convey, the sd. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50159_n351-1">Robert Monday</rs>

St. Pancras, in and to the said<lb></lb>
parish of St. Clement Danes, in this County, and Deliver them (together with<lb></lb>
this Precept) to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to<lb></lb>
some one of them, who are hereby required to receive and provide for them<lb></lb>
according to Law. Hereof faill not att Your perrills given under overhand<lb></lb>
and Seals this 8th day of December in the third Year of the reigne<lb></lb>
