As by Indenture plainly may appear Now Forasmuch<lb></lb>
As your Poor Petr. hath neither father or Mother but<lb></lb>
was by Indenture to be provided with all Manner of<lb></lb>
Apparell Victualls and all other Necessaries But instead<lb></lb>
thereof hath time after time bin barborously Misused and<lb></lb>
beaten by his said Master Frod upon And on or abt. 3<lb></lb>
weeks since pulled one of yr. Petr. Ears almost off having<lb></lb>
allowed no Apparell or any Victualls But a penny or three<lb></lb>
half pence for a Dinner Although yr. Petr. worked from 5<lb></lb>
in the Morning til Nine at Night all the Summer Season<lb></lb>
But must utterly have wanted had he not bin Supposed<lb></lb>
by his Brother</p>

Justice Peters and proving yr. Petrs. Complt. to be good he was<lb></lb>
please to Oblige yr. Petrs. Master to appear this Sessions<lb></lb>
before this Worpll. bench w<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
bids Defyance and Sais he<lb></lb>
will not attend</p>
