her hands behind her, & stopping her mouth with a Nayshire<lb></lb>
& the said Capt Serjeant holding the point of his Sword<lb></lb>
against her breast whilect the fact was Comitted, by-<lb></lb>
which meanes they effected the Same; And this Informt<lb></lb>
further Sayth, that the Sd Capt, Serjeant & <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50061_n48-4">John Hill</rs>
