<p n="45">That your Petr. liveing with one Mr. Green a Brewer in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50010_geo10">Leather Lane</rs>

, had the misfortune to loose Three Gold Rings (to the Vallue of forty<lb></lb>
Shillings (or thereabouts) by putting the said Rings into the Cradle wherein her<lb></lb>
Nurse Child was, untill Such time as She the said Nurse went downe into the<lb></lb>
Kitchin to wash some Lynnen for the said Child, and in the mean while<lb></lb>
left one <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50010_n45-1">Elizabeth Ogle</rs>

to Rock the said Child who in yr.<lb></lb>
Petrs. absence it is Supposed tooke away the said Rings, And yor. Petrs. some<lb></lb>
little tyme after Searching for her Rings where shee had laid them in<lb></lb>
the Cradle, and missing of them did Question the said Ogle about<lb></lb>
them and at last had her beforeBucke Esqr. one of their majties<lb></lb>
Justices Etc. but some few dayes after the Chamber maid and the said<lb></lb>
Ogle fumbling together the<obscured></obscured>
humble maid saith Shee found the Said<lb></lb>
Rings in a Chaire in the Gamett which said three Rings are now in<lb></lb>
the hands of Mr. Pope the Constable</p>
<p n="46">That your Petr. by mason of the said Accident hath lost her<lb></lb>
said place and over since been at one Expence or other to your<lb></lb>
Petrs. exceeding great Damage</p>
<p n="47">Your Pet. Therefore most humble prays this Honable:<lb></lb>
Bench to take your Petrs. case into Consideration<lb></lb>
(shee haveing a Small Child to mainteyne and<lb></lb>
nothing to depend upon) And that your Honrs.<lb></lb>
will be favourably pleased to Order the said<lb></lb>
Constable to deliver to yor Petr. her said Rings. or<lb></lb>
otherwise as to your Honrs. Shall Seem meet</p>
<p n="48">And Yor. Petr: as in Duty bound<lb></lb>
Shall ever pray Etc.</p>
