say no as there was a necessity to have a Bridge there for<lb></lb>

made and supporting and repairing the small Bridge at<lb></lb>
the East end thereof imply's a Compensation for the use of<lb></lb>

repairs or upholds any Bridge for Carriage or<lb></lb>

are united but all other Bridges<lb></lb>
for Carriages and otherwise from where the said Mill<lb></lb>
River is seperated from the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55611_geo992">River Coln</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55611_geo992" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
and before it's<lb></lb>
Junction are all Built and repaired at the Expence<lb></lb>
of the Duke of Northumberland except Perry field Bridge<lb></lb>
before mentioned and a Share of the repairs of the first<lb></lb>
Bridge at Longford over the said stream jointly with<lb></lb>
the Trustees of the Turnpike Road.-this Sir is all I<lb></lb>
know respecting <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55611_geo993">Baber Bridge</rs>

to assert it is very dangerous to his Majesty's subjects<lb></lb>
