<p n="3326">Buildings (except the Groins) and the remaining part of the<lb></lb>
Carcase of those Buildings, and the Groins which was not to be<lb></lb>
begun till the Carcase was compleated; should be built and the<lb></lb>
whole Building should be compleated in the Third year.</p>
<p n="3327">That if the directions above set forth had been comply'd<lb></lb>
with the whole of the Fir Timber contained in your Petitioners<lb></lb>
Contract would have been delivered and compleated in the year 1789<lb></lb>
but from the necessary Works in digging out and piling the <lb></lb>
Foundations and other unforeseen events your Petitioners Contract was<lb></lb>
not compleated till the year 1793 which is Four years longer than it<lb></lb>
ought to have been</p>
<p n="3328">That during the last Four years that your Petitioners have<lb></lb>
been employed in the said Buildings there has been on an Average<lb></lb>
an Advance in the price and freight of Timber of upwards of Sixteen<lb></lb>
Shillings & eight pence per load and that during that time your<lb></lb>
Petitioners have used Two Hundred and six load and three Quarters <lb></lb>
which at P Load advance price amounts to One Hundred and Seventy<lb></lb>
two Pounds five shillings and ten pence.</p>
<p n="3329">Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray <lb></lb>
your Worships to allow them the Sum of One<lb></lb>
Hundred and Seventy two Pounds five shillings<lb></lb>
and ten pence to make good the loss so by them<lb></lb>
sustained as aforesaid in consequence of the <lb></lb>
conditions in the printed Particulars not having <lb></lb>
been comply'd with</p>
