nothing at that time -That the Ford Runs in the same Channel now as it did<lb></lb>

and that 6 foot of Water has been<lb></lb>
seen there by him and 5 feet in general and that at this time it is 5 feet<lb></lb>
high And the said Memorial being again Read and also the Case<lb></lb>
of The King agt.Reported in Burrows, Reports Page<lb></lb>
Respecting County Bridges and an Act of Parliament passed in the 13th.<lb></lb>
Year of King Geo: the 3rd. by which it appeared that the Passage over the<lb></lb>
River Thames where Richmond Bridge now Stands is an ancient Ferry<lb></lb>
or Kings Highway It was Moved by <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55609_occ673">Sr</rs>

Court towards the Expence of Building the said Bridge upon the<lb></lb>
Memorialists undertaking that it shall be completed according to<lb></lb>
the Terms offered to this Court by the Second proposition in the said<lb></lb>
Memorial which was Resolved unanimously in the affirmative</p>

irregularities that happened at <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55609_geo1336">Highgate</rs>
