<p n="724">That there is a Balance in the hands of the legal <lb></lb>
Representative of Mr Benson due to the County Stock of}£680..1s..1d</p>
<p n="725">That the several Balances as above stated<lb></lb>
due from the Representative of Mr Benson to the<lb></lb>
County Stock amount to} £873..18s..4d</p>
<p n="726">The Committee also Report that they have in<lb></lb>
pursuance of the powers to them given issued an Order directed to<lb></lb>
the said Mrs. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55609_n726-1">Margaret Benson</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55609_n726-1" type="surname" value="Benson"></interp>

forthwith to deliver over to the Clerk of <lb></lb>
the Peace of this County or his deputy all the Accounts and Vouchers<lb></lb>
and other Books Papers and Writings belonging to this County and<lb></lb>
remaining in the hands of the said Mr Benson as Treasurer or<lb></lb>
Receiver as aforesaid at the time of his decease and Also another<lb></lb>
Order directed to the said Mrs Benson forthwith to pay unto Mr.<lb></lb>

of Eight hundred and seventy three pounds Eighteen Shillings<lb></lb>
and four pence halfpenny being the balance due to the County<lb></lb>
Stock remaining in the hands of the said Mr <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55609_n726-3">John Benson</rs>

<p n="727">And the Committee are of Opinion that<lb></lb>
Mr. Eyles ought to receive any Sum from the said Mrs. Benson<lb></lb>
in part of the said Balances and directed him to pay out of<lb></lb>
such Money as should come into his hands several Sums of<lb></lb>
Money to Persons having urgent demands on this County<lb></lb>
and they also directed an Order to the several High<lb></lb>
Constables in Arrear of the last County Rate forthwith to pay<lb></lb>
such Arrears to Mr. Eyles.</p>
