<p n="1284">Gentlemen</p>
<p n="1285">In my Letter to You of the 4th. of June last, I acquainted You<lb></lb>
that it was not thought proper at that Season of the Year to Execute the<lb></lb>
late Act for the more Easy and better Recruiting His Majestys Land<lb></lb>
Forces and Marines, any where except in Great Towns, but in<lb></lb>
conformity with Your Opinion it has since been Carried into Execution<lb></lb>
within the Bills of Mortality. I have now the honor to apprize You<lb></lb>
that while the Troops Continue to be kept much together, I fear there will<lb></lb>
not be a possibility of furnishing a sufficient number of Officers to<lb></lb>
assist on carrying the Act into Execution in all those places in the<lb></lb>
