Ordered Mr. Rogers the Surveyor to make a proper plan and Estimate<lb></lb>
of such Erections And Mr. Rogers having produced a plan of a<lb></lb>
Shed with Ware Rooms for these purposes together with an Estimate<lb></lb>
of the Expence of Erecting the same which amounted to £85 Your<lb></lb>
Committee Resolved that as no plan is Yet adapted for the<lb></lb>
Effectual Separation and Employment of the Convicts committed to<lb></lb>

"any of His Majestys Colonies and Plantations" to recommend the<lb></lb>
Erection of a Shed in the Garden belonging to the said House of<lb></lb>
Correction according to the Plan and Estimate produced by the<lb></lb>
Surveyor as a Temporary and necessary building which may be<lb></lb>
removed and Converted to other Uses when a more enlarged Plan<lb></lb>
for the Confinement and Employment of the persons imprisoned<lb></lb>

<p n="1216">That being informed it will be necessary in the<lb></lb>
prosecution of the Employment of the Convicts in the picking Oakum<lb></lb>
to have some Tables and Benches fixed in the Men and Womens<lb></lb>
Yards on which they may Work The Committee are of Opinion<lb></lb>
that proper Tables and Benches for the purpose should be forthwith<lb></lb>
procured under the direction of Mr. Rogers and that things hereunder<lb></lb>
mentioned be also done and procured under the direction of the Governor<lb></lb>
of the House of Correction Vizt. To have the Seales and two half Hundred<lb></lb>
Weights belonging to the County now in the Custody of the Keeper examined<lb></lb>
and Repaired Four half Hundred weights and fourteen pounds in<lb></lb>
smaller Weights a Set of Shears for weighing the Oakum Six Three<lb></lb>
Shillings</p>
