which was referred back to this Committee by the Court of<obscured></obscured>

their last Report and having examined Mr. Hall touching the same and<lb></lb>
he agreeing to Take the Tap from the time and upon the terms mentioned<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
the last Report of this Committee made in January 1777 It is the<lb></lb>
Opinion of the Committee that the Tap be let to Mr. Hall for Twenty<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
pounds per Annum he paying all Taxes the rent to Commence from<lb></lb>
Michaelmas 1776 pursuant to the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the<lb></lb>
said Report.</p>
<p n="813">And the said Committee do lastly Re<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
that not having been Yet able to Complete their Enquiries concerning the<lb></lb>
other Subjects referred to their Consideration they request further time to pres<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
their Researches into those matters</p>
<p n="814">All which the Committee Submit Etc.</p>
<p n="815">It is Ordered that the said Report be Confirmed and the said rep<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
of the Committee is hereby in every thing ratified and confirmed accordingly<lb></lb>
And it is further Ordered that the said Committee do proce<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
under the references to them made</p>
<p n="816">A Motion was made that Whereas it is a<lb></lb>
general Complaint that Several of his Majestys <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55607_occ329">Justices of the peace</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55607_occ329" type="occupation" value="Justices of the peace"></interp>
<lb></lb>
for this County have directed and intrusted and Yet do direct and in<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
the Execution of their Warrants to persons who are neither regular<lb></lb>
Constables nor Headboroughs whereby many Inconveniences have<lb></lb>
arisen and which on many of the bases where it has been done is conve<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
to be contrary to Law Resolved that it be and it is hereby Seriously<lb></lb>
recommended to his Majestys <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55607_occ330">Justices of the peace</rs>

for this County Th<obscured></obscured>

from henceforth no Justice do direct a intrust the Execution of a Warrant<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
been granted to any person who is not a Legal Constable or Headborough<lb></lb>
unless in bases of the most Urgent kind and when the necessity for<lb></lb>
such Conduct is well made out to the Satisfaction of the Justice<lb></lb>
and the same being carried unanimously in the affirmative It was<lb></lb>
Moved that the said Resolution be a standing Order of Court which<lb></lb>
was also agreed to unanimously</p>
<p n="817">A Motion was made that on the last day of<obscured></obscured>

Session persons on whom Fines shall have been Imposed by the Con<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
during the said Session with a a view to their talking with the prosecution<lb></lb>
be again brought before the Court so that the Court may Examine if<obscured></obscured>
