Provided always Nevertheless that nothing in this Ac<obscured></obscured>

contained shall extend or be construed to extend to invest these<lb></lb>
Commissioners with Power or Authority to removed or interrupti<obscured></obscured>

their standing any Carts or Waggons laden wish Hay or Street<lb></lb>
and standing with those Commodities for sale in the Highway<obscured></obscured>

soliciting by the Commissioners for paving the Resolution of the<lb></lb>
Committee for opposing the Bill should be rescinded and Mr. Eyles<lb></lb>
was directed to attend the Committee of the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55607_geo514">House of Commons</rs>
