By Adjournment Thursday 15th October 1775</p>
<p n="396">The order of the day being called for</p>
<p n="397">The Deputy Clerk of the peace reported that pursuant<lb></lb>
to the order of last Session notice had been publickly given to the<lb></lb>
<rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55607_occ163">Gentlemen in the Commission of the peace</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55607_occ163" type="occupation" value="Gentlemen in the Commission of the peace"></interp>
for this County by<lb></lb>
advertisement as also individually by Letter that the report of the Session<lb></lb>
House Committee would be taken into Consideration this day and the<lb></lb>
said Advertisement being produced and the Report of the said<lb></lb>
Committee called for and the same being read It was Moved<lb></lb>
and Seconded that the Court do agree with the Report of the Committee<lb></lb>
and after some debate upon holding up of hands there appeared for<lb></lb>
the Question Twelve against it Twenty Two whereupon the Question<lb></lb>
was declared to be carried in the Negative And immediately<lb></lb>
afterwards it was Moved and Seconded that the Session House<lb></lb>
for their County be built on the present Seite-but afr. much<lb></lb>
debate this Question was by leave withdrawn whereupon It was<lb></lb>
Moved and Seconded and Resolved that the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55607_occ164">Gentlemen in<lb></lb>
the Commission of the peace</rs>

for this County be Summoned to meet<lb></lb>
on the County day of the next Session to take into Consideration<lb></lb>
the Order of Court made on the County day of December Session<lb></lb>
last whereby it was Resolved that the Session House should not<lb></lb>
be built on the Seite whereon the present one Stands</p>
<p n="398">By adjournment same day</p>
<p n="399">It being reported to this Court that the address form<lb></lb>
the Justices which was agreed at the last Session to be presented to<lb></lb>
the King was Signed by a very considerable number and that the<lb></lb>
same ought now to be presented and the Chairman having signified<lb></lb>
that it would be the more agreeable when it should be presented<lb></lb>
that the same should be carried up to the Throne in a private<lb></lb>
manner It was Ordered that it it should be and is hereby</p>
