<p n="365">Whereas there is a Standing order of Sessions recommending it to<lb></lb>
the Clerks of His Majesty's <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55606_occ148">Justices of the Peace</rs>

to return and deliver to the<lb></lb>

or his Deputy two full days before the beginning of every<lb></lb>
General and Quarter Session and Session of Oyer and Terminer the<lb></lb>
recognizances taken to that Time before such Justices for the appearance<lb></lb>
of any person or persons at such Sessions in order to be entered in time<lb></lb>
for the information of the Court. Now This Court has frequently of<lb></lb>
late observed a very great Neglect thereof But the Clerk of the Peace having<lb></lb>

to make personal Application to several of the Justices<lb></lb>
respecting the premises It is Order'd that the Consideration of this<lb></lb>
