The great inconveniency and want of Room so much complained of by

The Committee therefore think it expedient that the present Court

Room should be moved and the whole of the Ground Floor allotted to the

Business of the Grand Jury, Witnesses, Clerk of Indictments, Record Office,

Bail Docks Etc. Etc. And the upper Floor should contain the Court Room
