<p n="206">Report of the Committee in which it is said that they had<lb></lb>
agreed with Mist to pave the remaining part of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55606_geo202">the Haymarket</rs>

excluded by the Post containing in length 220 Feet in consideration<lb></lb>
of the whole Toll being Assigned over to him for the remainder of<lb></lb>
the Term mentioned in his former Contract, & were the Toll to<lb></lb>
produce more than £100 P Annum after certain and incident charges<lb></lb>
to be deducted Mist was to account for the overplus at the end of<lb></lb>
his Term but as it was expected the Toll would fall short of £100<lb></lb>
P Annum the Committee agreed in such case to apply to Parliamt<lb></lb>
for power to levy what should be sufficient of £100 on the Inhabitants<lb></lb>
who should have Benefit by the said Toll so that the Commission<lb></lb>
was at no Expence concerning the obtaining such power & they<lb></lb>
promis'd to use their Interest with the Court to make up Mist's<lb></lb>
Term 25 Years from the Lady day then next but that they had not<lb></lb>
remov'd the Toll Posts because the whole limitts mention'd in the said Act<lb></lb>
had not been made appear to them.</p>
<p n="207">An Order of the same date made on the said Report whereby the<lb></lb>
same was ratified and conformed and the Reports there in mention'd agreed<lb></lb>
to & the Collector empowered to pay all the Monies ariseing by the Toll unto<lb></lb>
Mist or his Executors.</p>
<p n="208">An Order of the 29th April 1731 appointing a Standing Committee<lb></lb>
to oversee the Pavement and repair of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55606_geo203">the Haymarket</rs>
