the time of Stating said Accounts arrears amounting to £47..18s..10d which were,<lb></lb>
as for as the same could be got in, to be collected in case of the balance by<lb></lb>
collectors employed by Mr Offley and that is appeared probable to the Committee<lb></lb>
that some part of the said Arrears were collected by him accordingly that<lb></lb>
what was so Collected ought to be allowed in case of the balance of the said<lb></lb>
Account. But what the arrears so Collected amounted to was not then to be<lb></lb>
known And it was further found that there was in the hands of Mr<lb></lb>
Stothard the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55606_occ104">Clerk</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55606_occ104" type="occupation" value="Clerk"></interp>
as he owned and admitted the Sum of twenty two Pounds<lb></lb>
eight Shillings and eleven pence on the 24th June 1725 and still remained,<lb></lb>
which the Committee were of opinion might and ought to be paid to the legal<lb></lb>
Representatives of Mr Offley towards easing the Balance due: but as<lb></lb>
to what would still remain after such payments made it was submitted<lb></lb>
to the Consideration of the Court, how and by what means the same should<lb></lb>
be paid; whereby the said Report was confirmed And it was further<lb></lb>
ordered that the said Sum of £22..8s..11d be forthwith paid by Philip<lb></lb>
Stothard Clerk to the present Treasurer unto <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55606_n175-3">Mary Offley</rs>

<p n="176">An Order of the 13th Octor 1726 made on the Prayer of Mr Offley<lb></lb>
to have £49..17s..2d the balance due on the late Mr Offley's Account paid<lb></lb>
unto her; whereby the present Treasurers were to lay their Accounts before<lb></lb>
the next Session; and in the mean time to consider of some proper<lb></lb>
Method of reimbursing and paying the said Sum to Mr Offley; and<lb></lb>
Mr Stothard was at the time aforesaid to attend the Court</p>
