Morning between two and three o'Clock about thirty of them<lb></lb>
with the said Justice at their head came again to the Petitioners<lb></lb>
House, and after some noise departed without then doing any<lb></lb>
Mischief but on Wednesday night about eight o'Clock they again<lb></lb>
attached the said Petitioners House broke 22 Sash Squares of<lb></lb>
Glass and did other damage to his House, They then broke into the<lb></lb>
House of the petitioner Marsden destroyed part of his Furniture<lb></lb>
and did him other considerable damage, They then proceeded to<lb></lb>
one Green's House armed with Cutlasses, Hatchets, Muskets and<lb></lb>
other offensive Weapons, and endeavoured to break into the House<lb></lb>
to prevent which he was obliged to have recourse to Fire arms, and<lb></lb>
for the preservation of the Lives of himself and Family was<lb></lb>
under the disagreable necessite of Firing upon those who were<lb></lb>
forcing themselves into his Hicks, whereby several were killed and<lb></lb>
others wounded, and a Party of the Guards coming down, the<lb></lb>
Captain obliged Justice Hodgson to attend, and Green surrendered<lb></lb>
himself to the Captain, On Green's surrender Mr. Lacon Constable<lb></lb>
