<p n="1021">for conveying Vagabonds from and through this County, numbering the said<lb></lb>
Orders or Certificates dated from that time, and entering such Numbers in the<lb></lb>
<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
distinguishing also the Place where such Vagabonds were sent froms<lb></lb>
the Place where they were conveyed to, the Date of the Order or certificates, the<lb></lb>
Money ordered, and the Name of the Magistrate who signed such Order or<lb></lb>
Certificate.</p>
<p n="1022">That in the said Book be in the like Manner entered separately all such<lb></lb>
Orders as shall be issued for paying Rewards to the Apprehendens of Vagabonds<lb></lb>
distinguishing them into Numbers as aforesaid, together with the Names of<lb></lb>
the several Vagabonds, the Persons Names to whom they are payable the Money<lb></lb>
Ordered, the Date and the Magistrates Names by whom the Orders are signed.</p>
<p n="1023">That the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55604_occ1142">High Constables</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55604_occ1142" type="occupation" value="High Constables"></interp>
of this County do give their respive. Petty<lb></lb>
Constables Notice, that for the future they are to, deliver to the Treasurer of this<lb></lb>
County all such orders for conveying Vagabonds, and Orders for Rewards<lb></lb>
as shall be in their Hands, twice in every Year at least; that is to say, at<lb></lb>
the Quarter Sessions in April and October, and that the High Constables and<lb></lb>
Contractor do the same, and that the Treasurer do not receive into his Account<lb></lb>
any Orders not delivered in the Time above mentioned without specials<lb></lb>
Direction of the Court.</p>
<p n="1024">That the said Account be finally closed on Michaelmas Day next, and<lb></lb>
an Abstract there of be presented by the Treasurer on the County day in Decemr.<lb></lb>
Sessions, distinguishing the Number of Orders of Conveying and Orders<lb></lb>
for Rewards issued by every Magistrate, and the gross Sum such Orders<lb></lb>
amount to.</p>
<p n="1025">That upon passing the Treasurers Account in Respect to Vagabonds<lb></lb>
the several Orders be checked with their Entry in the said Book; which<lb></lb>
being done, such Orders should be crossed upon the Face of them with<lb></lb>
Red Ink, as a Sing of their being examined and allowed.</p>
<p n="1026">That the Clerk of the Peace should in Decemr. Sessions next on the<lb></lb>
first day of such Session present to this Court all such Duplicates<lb></lb>
of Passes and Examinations of Vagarants as shall be returned to<lb></lb>
Sessions between October Sessions 1758, and October Sessions 1759, by<lb></lb>
the respive Majestrates in Parsuance of the Statute of the 17th. of<lb></lb>
the King in Order to their being Check'd with the Orders for Rewards.</p>
<p n="1027">And that the same Method Might be continued from Year to Year<lb></lb>
until the Court should otherwise Order and direct.</p>
