<p n="362">Orders for passing Vagrants; he was called in and the said Constable appearing<lb></lb>
also, and the Matter of the Complaint being fully proved; the sd. Constable<lb></lb>
was admonished, and advised to pay a due Regard to the said Orders<lb></lb>
for the future And his Claim of a Sum of Money pretended to be due to<lb></lb>
him from the County was disallowed.</p>
<p n="363">And Whereas the said James Sturges Adams by Virtudes of the<lb></lb>
said Orders of Sessions has been allowed and paid for the Subsistance of<lb></lb>
such Vagrants as have been lodged at his House Two Pence & Day and<lb></lb>
for there lodged at Stains Coles brook and <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55604_geo584">South Mims</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55604_geo584" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
under the Restriction<lb></lb>
mentioned in the Report of the Commee made to the Court on the first<lb></lb>
of March last Three pence P Day; which Allowance of Two pence & Diem<lb></lb>
he submitted to the Commee was in sufficient and prayed the same<lb></lb>
might be advanced upon which your Commee taking the same into<lb></lb>
Consideration are of Opinion that the be allowed One penny more & Diem<lb></lb>
for each Vagrant to be subsisted at his own house so as the same do not<lb></lb>
exceed Nine Pence each Person so lodged at his House.</p>
<p n="364">Your Committee then took into Consn the Letter of the Deputy<lb></lb>
<rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55604_occ418">Clerk of the Peace</rs>

of the North Riding of Yorkshire relating to the Complaint<lb></lb>
of the Sessions for <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55604_geo585">Middlesex</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55604_geo585" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
against the late irregularities in the passing<lb></lb>
of Vagrants from the said Riding, made some Progress therein, and<lb></lb>
adjourned the further Considerations of the said Letter and Irregularities<lb></lb>
to the next Meeting of the Commee.</p>
<p n="365">Also at this Commee Mr Birkhead communicated the Proposal<lb></lb>
of a Workman for necessary Repairs of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55604_geo586">Brentford Bridge</rs>

which<lb></lb>
Proposal so farr as it went the Commee approved of, and requested Mr.<lb></lb>
Birkhead would get a further Proposal from the said Workman for doing<lb></lb>
the whole Business requisite and for what Sum the said Workman would<lb></lb>
compleat and finish the whole, And make his Report on the County Day<lb></lb>
of this Session.</p>
<p n="366">All which your Committee submit to the Judgement of the<lb></lb>
Court.</p>
<p n="367">Which report being read and approved of is in all things<lb></lb>
Confirmed by this Court.</p>
