removed to Newgate the Petr.is intitled to no Fees, and as to the

poorer Sort of People who may happen to fall Sick or dye the

Petr. is obliged to provide for and bury them, and as for Women

who are delivered in the Prison he defrays the Charges of Midwise

Etc for all which he hath no Sort of Allowance whatever, That in
