South at the West End thereof, And that by the Position of

the Piers of the said intended Bridge the Current of the Water is

in a great Measure pointed against the Memorialists said Yard,

which Yard by the Force and Violence of the Stream must

inevitably be washed away Unless secured by a strong Wall,

And that he is by the Enclosure of his said Ground dispossessed

of part of his Property in the said Yard and by the Position of
