your Committee yt ye Prisoners so bro't up are most of them<lb></lb>
great Objects of Compassion yt they appeal halfstarved that<lb></lb>
they have often complained to them of their great want of neces-<lb></lb>
-sary Food that they have been so weak often wn. bro't up that it<lb></lb>
has been a Difficulty to bring them up & carry them back a<lb></lb>
gain & this as the said Gentlemen informed your Committee<lb></lb>
occasioned often as they very believe & according to the best<lb></lb>
Judgement they cou'd then make from want of food & Com<lb></lb>
