quantity than two gallons, without Licence, contrary to<lb></lb>
the tenor & in contempt of an Act of Parliament made<lb></lb>
in the Ninth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord<lb></lb>
King George the Second, intituled, An Act laying a<lb></lb>
Duty upon retailing of Spirituous liquors, and for<lb></lb>
licensing Retailers thereof, whereby each person so<lb></lb>
<rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55601_occ1203">convicted</rs>

hath forfeited the Sum of ten pounds, five<lb></lb>
pounds whereof hath been paid to the Informer, and<lb></lb>

committed or one of them, to be applyed to the use of<lb></lb>
the poor of Such parish, as by the Said Act is directed,<lb></lb>
