deducted And in regard it may be reasonably expected<lb></lb>
that the Toll will fall short of one hundred pounds P<lb></lb>
Ann The said Committee did at the request of the said<lb></lb>
Mr. Mist promise and agree in such case to make<lb></lb>
application to parliament, soe as that the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55600_occ2466">Justices of peace</rs>

be at no expence for power to levy what shall be<lb></lb>
deficient of one hundred pounds P Ann in the next<lb></lb>
produce of the Toll on all the Inhabitants residing<lb></lb>
within the Market who shall have benefit by the said<lb></lb>
Toll And they further Certified that the said John<lb></lb>
Mist desired that the present terme menconed in his<lb></lb>
Contract might be made up twenty five years from<lb></lb>
Lady day One Thousand seven hundred and thirty one<lb></lb>
which not being in the power of the Committee by the<lb></lb>
said Order to agree to they could only report it as<lb></lb>
their opinion that they thought it reasonable to be<lb></lb>
done and Submitt such his propsall to the consideracon<lb></lb>
of the Court, This Court haveing considered of the<lb></lb>
said Report doth agree thereto and doth hereby ratify<lb></lb>
and confirm what the said Comittee have done in<lb></lb>
the premisses And in consideracon that the said John<lb></lb>
Mist hath already well and Substantially new pave<lb></lb>

also the pavement of the other part of the Haye Market</p>
