whatsoever more then the Toll or Duty of the Said<lb></lb>

and being measured<lb></lb>
up the Middx line contains in length two hundred<lb></lb>
and twenty Feet in the Same manner as that<lb></lb>
already done And to leave that Pavement in the <lb></lb>
Same Manner as in the former Contract is expressed<lb></lb>
In Cosideracon whereof We have Agreed with<lb></lb>
the Said Mr. Mist That the whole Toll Shall be<lb></lb>
Assigned over to him for the remainder of the Term<lb></lb>
menconed in the said Contract But in case the<lb></lb>
Toll Shall produce more than £100. P Ann The Said<lb></lb>

expected that the Toll will fall Short of one hundred</p>
