then exhibited to the Court<lb></lb>
Settingforth that her allowance for dinners is but for twenty<lb></lb>
four Justices of the peace of this County, And that the<lb></lb>
number of them is increased prodigiously, Soe that the petr.<lb></lb>
cannot possibly subsist under the great burden without the<lb></lb>
assistance of the Court, and praying to be releived, And alsoe<lb></lb>
to consider what was fit to be done in relacon to the premisses)<lb></lb>
It appeareth to this Court by the said Report & the Account<lb></lb>
thereto annexed that the extraordinary charge of the three<lb></lb>
last Sessions (over & above the allowance for twenty four<lb></lb>
Justices many were attending almost everyday in each<lb></lb>
Sessions) amounts to thirty two pounds & Sixteen Shillings, <lb></lb>
which in the opinion of the said Mr. Cotesworth & Mr.<lb></lb>
Tothill ought to be made good to the Housekeeper, and for<lb></lb>
preventing such expence for the future It is by the said<lb></lb>
Report recomended to the Court that the Housekeeper do<lb></lb>
provide for twenty three Justices, & the Clerk of the peace &<lb></lb>
undersherriffe each day in every sessions according to<lb></lb>
the customary allowance from <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55600_geo1586">the Treasury</rs>
