Lordship pursuant to an Order of Court to desire his<lb></lb>

his Lordship to the Clerk of the Peace Now upon debate<lb></lb>
had touching the said Matter And It being insisted on<lb></lb>
that the said Gill was not a Person fit to be Licenced<lb></lb>

disorderly House in Tickenham aforesaid or<lb></lb>
Suffering any and what disorders to be committed<lb></lb>
therein since the time of granting to him the Licence<lb></lb>
above mentioned And if it shall appear to the said<lb></lb>
Justices that the said Gill hath since that time kept<lb></lb>
a disorderly House or suffered disorders to<lb></lb>
be therein committed Then to oblige the said<lb></lb>
Gill to find Sureties by Recognizance for his<lb></lb>
Personall appearance at the Sessions of the<lb></lb>
Peace for this County to answer for such<lb></lb>
Offence, and be dealt with according to Law,</p>
