peace officer that a warrant of search having been<lb></lb>

acting in the Division aforesaid the same was Executed<lb></lb>
by the said Mr. Sharpless on the 21st. of October last,<lb></lb>
and a house thereby searched which stood then<lb></lb>
Indicted for a Disorderly house, and Two women of<lb></lb>
ill fame and Character were taken at the said house<lb></lb>
thereupon where one Mr. Robert Jennison being<lb></lb>
present opposed there being taken away by the said<lb></lb>

and bid him take the said women at<lb></lb>
his peril, But the said High constable having carried<lb></lb>
the said 2 women to the watch house the said Robert<lb></lb>
Jennison came thither and there publicly said that<lb></lb>
if he had Thought the Hugh Constable would have<lb></lb>
brought the said women away he would have run<lb></lb>
him thro' the Body or to that effect of which behaviour<lb></lb>
