This Court being Informed that severall Persons have<lb></lb>
of late presumed and taken upon them to Fire, throw<lb></lb>
or cast Squibbs, Rockets, Serpents, Crackers and other<lb></lb>
Fireworks in and into the Publique Streets Houses<lb></lb>

and Passages in this County<lb></lb>
and more particularly in such part thereof as lyes<lb></lb>
within the Weekly Bills of Mortality To the great<lb></lb>
Danger and Damage of his Majestyes Liege Subjects<lb></lb>
and against the form and effect of one Art of Parliament<lb></lb>
made in the Ninth and Tenth Yeares of the Reign of<lb></lb>
his late Majesty King William the third Intituled an Art<lb></lb>
to prevent the throwing or fireing of Squibbs Serpents<lb></lb>
and other fireworks, For Remedy whereof for the<lb></lb>
future and for the better preservation of his Majesties<lb></lb>
Peace, It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court<lb></lb>

forthwith Issue out their Precepts to all the Petty<lb></lb>

and headboroughs of the severall<lb></lb>
Parishes Hamblets and Places within their<lb></lb>
respective Divisions thereby requiring them<lb></lb>
immediately to goe to every House within their<lb></lb>
respective Districts, and give Notice to the Inhabitants<lb></lb>
and Lodgers there that they doe not at any time and<lb></lb>
particularly on the Day commonly called The Lord<lb></lb>
Mayors Day or on any Publick Dayes of Rejoyeing<lb></lb>
permitt any Squibbs Rocketts Serpents Crackers or<lb></lb>
other Fireworks to be fired thrown or cast out of or<lb></lb>
in their Houses or Lodgeings or any part or place<lb></lb>
thereto adjoyning into any Publique Street House Coach<lb></lb>
Shop Highway Road or passage under the Penaltie of<lb></lb>
Twenty Shillings for every such Offence inflicted by the<lb></lb>
said Act And that neither they nor their Children</p>
