more of them as a Committee to agree with<lb></lb>
and take a Contract from an able and<lb></lb>
Sufficient Workman for his Banding the Six<lb></lb>
Rows of Piles three on each side of the<lb></lb>
Barge lock of the said Bridge with a Band<lb></lb>
of good Sound Oak Timber Nine Inches by<lb></lb>
Seven Inches and to Chock each Corner Pile,<lb></lb>
and the same to be placed and fastned with<lb></lb>
Sufficient Iron worke and done in a good<lb></lb>
Substantiall and Work man like manner for<lb></lb>
any Sume of Money not exceeding the Sume of<lb></lb>
Thirty Pounds, Now upon Information given<lb></lb>
unto this Court that an Agreement was in<lb></lb>
pursuance of the said Order made by William<lb></lb>
Forten Carpenter with the said Mr. Cotesworth<lb></lb>
Mr. West and Mr. Willshire for doeing the Work<lb></lb>
above mentioned and providing good Sound<lb></lb>
Oak Timber Iron and other Materialls for<lb></lb>
that purpose for the Sume of Thirty Pounds<lb></lb>
and that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n698-6">William Forten</rs>
