Upon reading the humble peticon of <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n569-3">Judith Geary</rs>

exhibited unto this Court setting forth that the peticoner<lb></lb>
hath served his Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55600_occ718">Justices of the peace</rs>

of this County<lb></lb>
at <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55600_geo446">Hicks hall</rs>

for above these twelve yeares in Pewter,<lb></lb>
brass, linnen, knives, forkes and all other conveniency,<lb></lb>
and for above six yeares of the twelve hath provided<lb></lb>

for them, And that there was a Committee<lb></lb>
appointed and they Ordered that the Court Fees should<lb></lb>
be devided between Mrs. Seymour and the Peticoner<lb></lb>
every Sessions, and every halfe yeare fifteen pounds<lb></lb>
which she never would doe without disputes, And<lb></lb>
that the peticoner hath severall licences in her hand<lb></lb>
that are dead and gone away that she is paid for which<lb></lb>
she will not allow for, And the peticoner humbly<lb></lb>
prayeth that this Court will Order that Mrs. Seymour<lb></lb>
may pay what is due upon the licences and other<lb></lb>
accounts, And that this Court will be pleased to<lb></lb>
accept of her son to act in his Fathers Stead, he having<lb></lb>
another place at Westmr, and the peticoner haveing<lb></lb>
linnen, pewter and all other conveniencys for his<lb></lb>

Resolve and declare that Mrs. Frances Seymour be<lb></lb>
esteemed the Housekeeper of the Sessions house<lb></lb>
called Hicks Hall in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55600_geo447">St. John Street</rs>

in this County,<lb></lb>
and that she hath power to putt in and employ her<lb></lb>
Owne Servants to doe her busyness and act and<lb></lb>
manage on her behalfe And this Court doth Order<lb></lb>
that it be and it is hereby referred to the Clerke of the<lb></lb>
peace of this County to adjust the<lb></lb>
accounts depending between the said Mrs. Seymour<lb></lb>
and the peticoner and doth further Order that the<lb></lb>
Peticoner be accountable for all the goods</p>
