of the peace and charged upon Oath for assaulting and<lb></lb>

Hyde parke to take the Toll Duties he being appointed<lb></lb>
for that purpose in pursuance of a late Act of Parliament)<lb></lb>
were guilty of entragious insolent and abusive expressions<lb></lb>
and misbehaviour, and more particularly that the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n508-12">John Simmons</rs>

and Legislature expressed himself in a<lb></lb>
Seditions manner and cursed the Parliament for<lb></lb>
makeing the said Turnpike Act, It is Ordered by this<lb></lb>
Court that the aforesaid affidavits of the said Mr.<lb></lb>
Lambart and Mr Ellis be laid before one of his Maties<lb></lb>
principall Secretarys of State, and that St. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n508-13">Daniel<lb></lb>
Dolius</rs>
