Materialls, made good to the Comission by reason of the long sickness<lb></lb>

abatement of the demand and upon us they Certify'd under their hands<lb></lb>
for every Workman in every particular as charged by them in<lb></lb>
their severall Bills, tho' severall of the Workmen have thought<lb></lb>
fit to consent to large Abatements.</p>
