and obtain the employment for himself telling the peticoner<lb></lb>
Sparkes self interest guided all men, And doth (tho' a Man of<lb></lb>
very good substance and Estate) continue to convey the Vagrant<lb></lb>
by persons hired for that purpose, being above doeing the duty<lb></lb>
himself, and doth receive from this County for his trouble<lb></lb>
and expences the Salary of Sixty pounds P Annm, And that the<lb></lb>

peticoner Sparkes desirous and willing to maintain the great<lb></lb>
charge of his Family by his labour and diligence, and verily<lb></lb>
beleives he might have succeeded the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n251-2">John Hewett</rs>

direction of the Court, and that the said Mackeris might be<lb></lb>
debarred from acting, And that the Petitioner Sparkes might<lb></lb>
be appointed by the Court to pass the said Vagrants, And the<lb></lb>
matter of the said several peticons now comeing on to be<lb></lb>
debated by this Court at this present General Sessions It is Ordered<lb></lb>
by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended and<lb></lb>
referred unto his Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55600_occ358">Justices of the peace</rs>

can be contracted for at a less expence to this County than the<lb></lb>
same is now done for, And to report their opinions in writing<lb></lb>
touching the premisses unto the Court on the County day of<lb></lb>
the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for<lb></lb>
