This Court considering that the Charge this<lb></lb>

is a learned Charge very much<lb></lb>
tending to the propagateing of vertue Doth<lb></lb>

of this Court be and they are hereby given<lb></lb>
to the said Chairman for the same, And<lb></lb>
doth desire that for the publique good he will<lb></lb>
cause his said Charge to be printed.</p>

Trophy Money and<lb></lb>
several Orders relating<lb></lb>
thereunto}</note>
Whereas by Order made at the General Quarter Sessions of the<lb></lb>
peace holden for this County on Monday the second day of<lb></lb>
July last It was recomended and referred unto several<lb></lb>
Justices of the peace of this County or any three of them as<lb></lb>
a Comittee to meet at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in this Court<lb></lb>
on Tuesday the third day of the same Month of July at,<lb></lb>
ten of the clock in the forenoon and at such other times as<lb></lb>
they should think fit to examine and state the accompts of<lb></lb>
the Trophy money last raised levyed or collected in this<lb></lb>
County for any preceding year, And to certify such examination<lb></lb>
of the said accompts under their hands upon the Inquiry by<lb></lb>
them made of what Sumes have been raised and how disposed<lb></lb>
off, when perfected, And Whereas a Report was made by<lb></lb>
the said Comittee and several Orders were made thereupon<lb></lb>
for drawing and presenting a Representation to the Lord<lb></lb>
Lieutenant and Custos Retulorum of this County on the<lb></lb>
matters contained in the said Report, And a Representation<lb></lb>
was accordingly prepared and agreed <gap reason="illegible"></gap>
to in January<lb></lb>
Sessions last past, but hath not been presented to the said<lb></lb>
Lord Lieutenant, And Whereas the said Report was not made<lb></lb>
nor the said Representation Ordered in full Sessions according<lb></lb>
to the usual Methods but upon an adjourned day and in the<lb></lb>
Morning when very few Justices were present, and without<lb></lb>
any opportunity given by the said Sessions to the Deputy</p>
