<p n="536">And that the said Workmen are willing to enter into Articles for the<lb></lb>
performing of the said Work in a workmanlike and Substantiall<lb></lb>
manner for the prices above mentioned, and that in case any<lb></lb>
dispute or difference shall arise about the goodness of the<lb></lb>
Workmanship or Materialls or any other difference happen<lb></lb>
relateing to the contracts with the said Workmen in relation to the<lb></lb>
premises That then the said Workmen will Submitt the matter<lb></lb>
in dispute to two such indifferent persons as the Court of Sessions<lb></lb>
of the peace for this County shall in that behalfe nominate<lb></lb>
and appoint, and it further appears by the said Report that<lb></lb>
there are wanting some alterations to be made in the office of<lb></lb>
the Clerkes of the Indictments and a new Bayle dock to be made<lb></lb>
and fitted up at the right hand of the gateway entring in at the<lb></lb>
great Gates of the Court Yard belonging to the said Sessions<lb></lb>
house; the expence of which will amount to about ten pounds,<lb></lb>
which being added to the said Sume of Six hundred Sixty five<lb></lb>
pounds seventeen shillings and six pence will amount in the<lb></lb>
whole to the Sume of Six hundred seventy five pounds seventeen<lb></lb>
