under the Jurisdiction of this Court) Doe find and are Satisfied<lb></lb>
by the Report of Several Justices who have taken a view of them<lb></lb>
That they are in perfect health very Sweet and clean and under<lb></lb>
very good Regulations</p>
<p n="851">And it is farther Ordered by this Court That this Order be printed and<lb></lb>
published in the Newes Papers called The Daily Courant To the<lb></lb>
intent that all Persons concerned in any of the Particulars<lb></lb>
herein Specified may have publick Notice and conforme<lb></lb>

That it shall and may be lawfull to and for the Constables Etc.<lb></lb>
to Quarter or Billet the Officers and Soldiers in his Majestys<lb></lb>
Service, in Inns, Livery Stables, Ale houses, Victualing houses,<lb></lb>
and all Houses of Persons Selling Brandy Strong Waters Cyder or<lb></lb>
Metheglin by Retails to be drank in Houses other than and<lb></lb>
Except the House or Houses of any Distillers, who keep Houses<lb></lb>
or places of Distilling Brandy or strong waters and the House of<lb></lb>
any Shop keeper, whose principal Dealings' shall be more in<lb></lb>
other Goods and Merchandizes than in Brandy and Strong<lb></lb>
Waters who do not permit or suffer Tipling in their Houses.<lb></lb>
It is too apparent what ill use has been made of the Exception in<lb></lb>
their Clause.</p>

It has put all sorts of Inferior Trades on selling Stong Waters,<lb></lb>
being by this Exception Freed from Quartering Soldiers under<lb></lb>
petence of dealing more in other Goods.</p>
