hearing the Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers of<lb></lb>

exhibited this day unto this Court<lb></lb>
against the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices in the presence and<lb></lb>
hearing of the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish<lb></lb>

It is by the Consent of all parties Ordered that<lb></lb>
the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices be quashed Vacated and<lb></lb>
set aside and that the said Appeal be allowed and the same is hereby<lb></lb>
allowed accordingly. And it is hereby further Ordered that the said Joseph<lb></lb>
Legoe be forthwith sent back and delivered unto the Church wardens and<lb></lb>
