of Beer. That the Prisoner promised to be with them<lb></lb>
next Day between Ten and Eleven o'Clock, That they<lb></lb>
were desired by him to sleep there that Night and that<lb></lb>
he had paid for their Lodgings, Witness slept there<lb></lb>
with his Wife and<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
the Prisoner came to them<lb></lb>
about Seven o'Clock next Evening and told them to<lb></lb>
get ready, that the Stage would call for them and that<lb></lb>
he had paid thirty Shillings for their Outside Passage<lb></lb>

That Witness was at Dublin about Three Years ago intending to<lb></lb>
come over to England and has not been there since. That the<lb></lb>

Hines that he had promised to be at Mr.<lb></lb>
Ommaney's next Day who them observed to the Witness he did<lb></lb>
