Fifthly
</

This Articulant upon her Oath further with that on or about the thirteenth day of August last

Connery threatened to stab this Articulant and went to a Drawer belonging to this Articulant in order as

this Articulant verily beleives to find a Knife but some persons coming into this Articulants Shop at that

instant the said Barnet Connery was prevented from further ill treating this Articulant And this Articulant

further saith that a few Evenings after the said Barnet Connery came again to this Articulants Shop and threatened

to blow up this Articulants house and to make an End of this Articulant and the said Barnet Connery then

made use of very herrid Imprecations against this Articulant in so much that this Articulant for the preservation

Connery followed this Articulant with the Knife in his hand and again threatened to put an End

Murder and thereupon this Articulants Neighbour Mr Winter came into this Articulants Shop and saw the

Seventhly
</

This Articulant upon her Oath further saith that diveing the time the said Barnet Connery was in

possession of the said Shop the said Barnet Connery frequently threatened to do for this Articulant and often

threw Plates and other things at her and struck this Deponent twice in a very violent manner And this Articulant

upon her Oath saith that from the bad Behaviour of the said Barnet Connery towards the Articulant she this

Articulant apprehends and verily beleives that the said Barnet Connery will do or came to be done some

great bodily harm to this Articulant and she will be in danger of losing her Life by his use and unless he
