received some damage She afterwards sailed into the Harbour of<lb></lb>

in order to Refit and continued there until the fifteenth day<lb></lb>
of the said Month of October when she set Sail from thence and arrived<lb></lb>
at her Moorings in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15097_geo1344">Port of London</rs>

on the Twenty second day of<lb></lb>
the said Month of October when the said Cargo of Salt was unloaded<lb></lb>
under the Inspection of One of his Majesty's Salt Officers and it then<lb></lb>
Appeared as these Deponents have been informed and believe that<lb></lb>
the said Cargo of Salt so as aforesaid shipped on Board of the said<lb></lb>
Ship or Vessel was deficient in Quantity One hundred and Eighty<lb></lb>
Two Bushels of Salt And these Deponent further severally say<lb></lb>
that by Means of such violent and stomy Weather the said One<lb></lb>
hundred and Eighty two Bushels of Salt part of the said Cargo of<lb></lb>
Salt were lost at Sea And these Deponents further severally say<lb></lb>
that the loss of the said One Hundred and Eighty two Bushels of Salt<lb></lb>
was not occasioned by any Leekage of the said Ship or Vessel otherwise<lb></lb>
than by such violent and Stormy Weather or by any Negligence<lb></lb>
or Default of the Deponent the said Robert McElroe the Master of<lb></lb>
the said Ship or Vessel or of the Deponent the said Mathew<lb></lb>
Mc.Mullen the Mate thereof or any of the Mariners belonging<lb></lb>
to the same And lastly the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15097_n1325-3">Thomas Weston</rs>
