day of October last when she sailed from thence and on the fourth day of<lb></lb>

said intended Voyage met with storney weather which continued<lb></lb>
to increase untill the seventh day of the said Month of October when<lb></lb>
the said Ship or Vessel being at Sea about seven Miles distant from<lb></lb>
Start Point the Weather because more violent and Stormy and so<lb></lb>
continued until the Eight day of the said Month of October By reason<lb></lb>
of which violent and stormy Weather the Sea ran very high and made<lb></lb>
a passage over the said Ship or Vessel and occasioned her to Over set<lb></lb>
on one side and by means thereof the Sea ran into the Hold of the<lb></lb>
said Ship or Vessel and Damaged the said Cargo of Salt and they<lb></lb>
these Deponents were obliged to have both pumps belonging to<lb></lb>
