of a Barber within London and a Mile round</p>
<p n="263">I think all the Persons enumerated in the latter part of<lb></lb>
this Question are subject to the Controul and Government<lb></lb>
instituted by the Charts Acts and Bye Laws of the Company<lb></lb>
The mode of inforcing obedience to them is by bringing<lb></lb>
Actions of Debt for the Penalties given by the Statute and<lb></lb>
Bye Laws where the Disobedience happens within the City of<lb></lb>
London the Action may be speedily determined in the Mayor's<lb></lb>
Court if the Proceeding shod<del>may</del>
be founded on the Ordinances<lb></lb>
ratified according to the<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Statutes of Henry ye 7th.<lb></lb>
the several Extentions of the Company to Seven Miles and<lb></lb>
One Mile round London do not relate altogether the<lb></lb>
same Subjects therefore in any Proceeding upon the<lb></lb>
enlarged Jurisdiction of the Seven Miles circuit great Care<lb></lb>
should be taken to distinguish exactly the ground of any<lb></lb>
Action hereafter to be brought under this Authority of<lb></lb>
the Company.</p>
