18th. Geo. 2d. His said Majesty King Charles, as appears by such Recital<lb></lb>
granted ratified and confirmed unto the Masters and Governors of the Mistery<lb></lb>
and Commonalty aforesaid and their Successors amongst other Things all &<lb></lb>
Singular "Customs Liberties Franchises Immunities Jurisdictions and<lb></lb>
"Hereditaments whatsoever as well within the City of London the Libertys and<lb></lb>
"Suburbs thereof as within the Liberties and Precincts therein after mentioned<lb></lb>
"which the Men of the aforesd. Societies of Barbers and Surgeons or either of<lb></lb>
"them then lawfully had held used and enjoyed by reason of any Letters<lb></lb>
"Patent or by Colour of any lawful Prescription Use or Custom or by<lb></lb>
"any other lawful means Right or Title theretofore had used or accustomed<lb></lb>
"And did thereby give Power to the said Company and Corporation to make<lb></lb>
"Bye Laws for the Good Order & Government of the sd. Society in Manner & under<lb></lb>
