out with Mrs. Abigail Barich's Coach on Friday the Thirty first<lb></lb>
day of December last and returned home to the Stable yard<lb></lb>
and put the Coach into the Coach house between four and<lb></lb>
five O'Clock that evening and fastened the Coach house<lb></lb>
door and left the same so fastened And on going the next<lb></lb>
morning to Clean his Coach he found the same to have<lb></lb>
been Robbed of one Plate, Coach door Glass and a Hammer cloth<lb></lb>
And further Saith That a Hammer cloth and Coach Glass<lb></lb>

then perceived it to be a Coach Glass, and the Prisoner then<lb></lb>
