any legal Settlement there, and were likely to become charge-<lb></lb>
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We<lb></lb>
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon<lb></lb>
the Oath of the said Thomas as otherwise, do<lb></lb>
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal<lb></lb>
Settlement of the said Thomas<lb></lb>
