to the said Liberty of the Close of Sarum as the place<lb></lb>
of his last legal Settlement.</p>
<p n="583">Your Petitioner's conceiving themselves aggrieved<lb></lb>
by the said Order or pass Warrant of the said two Justices<lb></lb>
do humbly appeal against the same and pray that the<lb></lb>
hearing and determining of the said Appeal may be Adjourned<lb></lb>
untill the next Sessions of the peace to be held in and for the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15095_geo855">City of London</rs>

and that the Court will be pleased to<lb></lb>

all other persons concerned therein to attend this Court to<lb></lb>
hear and abide the Judgement and determination of the<lb></lb>
said Court touching the said Appeal.</p>
