House, and ordered three pennyworth of Purl in a<lb></lb>
Quart Pot to carry to Mrs Wetton's, a Customer of<lb></lb>
InformantInformant delivered the Purl in a<lb></lb>
pewter quart Pot to the Prisoner, who in a few<lb></lb>
in another quart Pot for Mrs. Wetton's which Informant also delivered<lb></lb>
to the PrisonerInformant sent to Mrs Wetton's<lb></lb>
for the two quart Pots, and was told he had been<lb></lb>
imposed upon by the Prisoner Wills, and that Mrs<lb></lb>
Wettons had not sent her For the PurlInformant<lb></lb>
upon looking over the pewter Pets. now produced is<lb></lb>
certain two of the quart Pots are his Property and of the Value of his Shillings<obscured></obscured>
and he<lb></lb>
has no doubt sent that they are the same two Pots he delivered<lb></lb>
to the Prisoner in manner aforesaid, and he verily<lb></lb>
believes, the other Prisoner John Rappitt did<lb></lb>
Feloniously receive the said two quart Potts of the<lb></lb>

Helen Potts, and Found the two quart Potts claimed<lb></lb>
by the other Informant Petrie concealed with other<lb></lb>
Potts in the corner of a Cupboard in the room up<lb></lb>
one, Pair of Stairsall the tin Ware and melted<lb></lb>

now produced were also concealed in this<lb></lb>
cupboard, out of View, which Cupboard had the<lb></lb>

Informant took into Custody the Prisoner Rappitt<lb></lb>
who in the way to the Compter said, his Wife had<lb></lb>
